Dear Visitor!
I know you want a quick and effective decision bring so right into the pins in the middle.
I started the more than 11 years ago to attend sound events at corporate events (IS) and / or participate as a DJ. During these many years of experience, I have learned to adapt perfectly to the emerging needs of the company, so I can always get the best out of the available framework. There are times when cost efficiency plays a role and there are places where maximalism is. Well the good news is, I'm cost effective too I am a maximalist. :)
I always pay special attention to the demanding nature of my work, as I do not want to be a one-time service provider, but a regular business partner. Mentioned without a name (although you can quickly figure out which company I'm thinking of in the pictures) there are companies that have been around since 2009. services. In the first year, the events took place with 70 people, today 800.
So going back to the point, I can easily understand the client’s needs even when the client can’t even formulate exactly what they want because they don’t know the technical solutions.
In addition to sound and lighting technology, we also undertake or involve the "purchase" of other tools and equipment, sets and decorations related to the organization of the event. other service providers. In this case, we find the most suitable supplier / service provider for the task and contract with them.
What can you definitely count on us to do?
The following needs are usually encountered at corporate events:
Voice amplification - with wireless handheld or head microphones, elegant active TOP speakers
Projection - projector, LED TV, LED wall
Background music sound system
Band sound system
DJ
Stage, covering
Our subcontractors
Tent, beer bench
Streetfood
canopy, LED wall, beer bench, table football, tent, streetfood, dodgem, air castle, magician, clown, guest performer, band, presenter, security service, cleaning staff, catering, decor, etc.
How much of this?
This is one of the biggest issues, because everyone lives on a salary, so it is not negligible. Here, too, the market is divided. You can find a DJ for around 50-60,000 HUF with a trip, but it can be up to 300,000 HUF and there is an average price (which I include), which is about 120-140,000 HUF. Which usually includes from waiting for guests through dinner all night DJ service. These prices usually do not include the cost of the trip and the ceremony for the ceremony and can accommodate up to about 80-100 people. If the number of people is higher, then the necessary speakers and lights the number can be more, so they tend to raise costs. A demanding DJ brings a special technique to the ceremony, because when the ceremony is over, the wedding crowd moves to the dinner venue where the background music and the master of ceremonies or the headlight microphone have to be spoken at once, so there is no time to break down the speakers at the ceremony. we wrap up among the wedding crowd then. That’s why we always bring separate speakers, a separate mixer, a separate player and microphones for the ceremony. The surcharge for the ceremony is usually HUF 20-25,000.
What is included in the base price?
From the speakers in the basic package, there are 2 TOP boxes, a monitor speaker, and the subwoofer depends on the location and number of people. Generally, a subwoofer is usually needed for over 50-60 people, but the venue can also affect this. There may be guests or residents staying nearby, in which case it may not be possible to use a subwoofer. So if you want a good high volume, ask the place how much you can go crazy :) The package also includes 8 LED PAR decorative lamps, 6 robotic lamps on a light stand, a dj counter, a wireless and wired microphone and an illuminated DJ in front screen, which on the one hand is beautiful on the other hand it covers that many cables.
For a period of time, starting with me doesn’t affect the price, as couples can’t make sure when they got an appointment in the wedding hall. THE in most cases I arrive at least 2 but rather 3-4 hours earlier than the start of the guest wait, so by the time the first guests arrive, everything is in place I was able to change and the pleasant background music is already playing. The price in my first round lasts until 3 in the morning, because 3 half of most weddings end. This is influenced by many things, e.g. When the guests began day with you, when I was first able to eat, how much you could drink what the weather, etc .. If all is happily together, we can continue the party of me up until 6, but at 10,000 per hour We charge a HUF fee. Those who usually give a price until 6 in the morning will definitely pay the couples for the 3 hours they may not even be spending there. If it lasts until 6 in the morning, the final amount is about the same, but if it doesn’t last until then, why pay so much, right? :)
N illamination within Budapest is free of charge , in Pest county it is uniformly HUF 5,000. , Outside Pest m. What is not included in the base price but I always want to ask is the consumption of food and drink. What else can be occasional is the accommodation. This may be necessary in the event that the event is at least 150 km away from Pest County or is expected to last a very long time. In such cases, we would be reluctant to set off, because after the end of the party we will have 1.5 - 2 hours to pack, after that the management may not be safe, but let's agree on this in any case, we do not expect the full cost to be couples stand.
What is included in the ceremony surcharge?
As I wrote above, the ceremony package includes a +2 speaker, a mixer, an extra player and extra microphones. Here I would like to point out that we do not recommend the microphone solutions seen in traditional ceremonies, so I gave a microphone stand with a wired microphone, windbreak sponge, cables ... yellow or red windbreak sponge or microphone covering the head of the registry, cables hanging in the sign of the couples. These are ugly. So if I can, at least I use a wireless microphone, but I usually recommend a headset. I bought a very expensive, body-colored, hair-thin head microphone that can’t even be seen on the registrar’s head from a few feet away, yet everyone hears everything. All you have to do is worry about a transceiver that can be clipped to a belt, a ribbon or your clothes and there is nothing distracting in the pictures. Let’s not even talk about proper microphone usage, so there will always be the microphone where it needs to be, wherever you turn while talking. For the vows of couples, I use small condenser microphones that are so small that even between / behind the table decoration can also be hidden or covered the table up to they can also be put on the ground and so when couples say their vows to each other, it is enough to turn to each other and take their oath in each other's eyes, they don't have to hold a microphone, while the back row will understand all their words,
What other extras can you choose from?
Of course, the imagination is limited only by the wallet, but there are extras such as bubble machines, fog machines, smoke machines, dry ice machines (which can be used to create a "cloud dance" effect), but you may also need pyrotechnics, confetti and a CO cannon :) If you want to project pictures or videos then you can choose a projector, LED wall, huge TV for this purpose. In addition, LED PAR decor lights and the number of robotic lights can be much more, the more beautiful the view will be or if you want a volume suitable for concerts, there is no obstacle to that, plus you will see a happier DJ at the counter, I am volume dependent. :)
I used to cut music for the opening dance, so if you want a dance of funny surprises, that’s not an obstacle either, but we can also make a slideshow or video presentation from photos with your own music below.
What does it take for one or two DJs to arrive?
The answer is simple. If even one of the following is met, the two of us will go. More than 80 people / distance greater than 100km / ceremony sound system / projection. In some cases, the second person is not a DJ, in which case he helps with the technical details. The recommended price is always determined according to how many we need and what equipment to take, to what distance.
What kind of music do we play?
In today's slang, EVERYTHING! :) In any case, we have been negotiating with the couples for months before, what are the ideas, what are the songs, performers or styles that they would like to hear anyway, and what are the ones that we can never, under any circumstances, play, this is a blacklist. There is music about it we know from experience that they love it in most cases people hear at a wedding and add to that, combine it with the list we got from the couples. We have unlimited mobile internet and a premium subscription to the Apple music and Spotify music service systems so you even have music that you don't have :) Anyone can request music at any time during the evening, we try to fulfill all wishes flexibly, but the wishes are not always played it is immediately and not certain that we will play in the order in which the wishes are received, but we will try to fulfill all of them. We apologize in advance if we don't play something. The reason for this is that we don’t know the particular wedding crowd and guests so from our own experience we think that the particular music would have a bad effect on the party and the dance floor. So if we don’t play something, it’s not because we’re envious or because we don’t love it, but because we think it would hurt the mood. But if there’s music that’s, say, a big hit for the band, then if we discuss that, there’s nothing stopping us from getting started. Many times the trouble is that someone is really asking for a music, we give in to the pressure and then in the end just like it, everyone sits down and we disappoint the couple and the other guests. However, in almost 20 years we have already experienced a lot of things, we try to stand up properly in all cases :)
What are the lights like?
My quick answer is that they are GOOD! All I can say in more detail is that they are very good! :) But now aside from the joke, when I positioned myself among the mobile DJs, I thought all the way through how I could stand out from this crowd and decided that while quite a few to this day, I just kept retro lights. and for music, automatically, they use the same moving and flashing lights all night (no matter what music is playing, fast or slow, the lights will move the same way), until then I raise the level and use programmed lights. So when there is slow music, there will be slow moving lights, when the party is really spinning, the lights will also be fast and flashing, the colors, the gobos can be changed at any time. If someone gives a speech, I can light it up right away, stop for approx. anywhere in the room. When it should be lit, when it shouldn’t be in a second I’ve already turned it off. I can also follow the opening dance, let the couple move anyway on the dance floor. I control the lights with a touch screen device, so I can control myself while mixing music :) # multifunction If you asked for an extra fog machine, the effect will be even better, watch the videos :)
How do I book and pay?
In most cases, I usually send a preliminary quote based on the request and preliminary consultations, and then, if this is acceptable to the couples, the first personal meeting follows, in which case we get to know each other and discuss your ideas and possibilities in detail. This meeting comes with no obligation and costs nothing. In case we don't live close to each other, video chat is also a great tool for introduction :) In a personal meeting, afterwards, but even before, you could decide to be invited to your wedding. I then prepare a draft contract, fill it out and sign the contract with all the deposits paid. The deposit is usually 20-30%, but it's up to you, there are those who want to pay half in advance, because it's more convenient for him. Instead of a personal signature, you can scan the contract and also transfer the down payment, take advantage of the technology! Prices are net prices, but in the case of a low-tax invoice, they are not subject to VAT. If any of you can account for the cost, we can also issue a VAT invoice. The remaining fee after paying the deposit is usually settled on the day of the event, when you are past the most important events and you only need to party or at the end of the evening, as is more convenient for you. :)
Now reading it back like this, the description was not so short, but so much information :)
If you feel like spending a great day with me and my music, visit any of the my contact :)
I wish you a lot of happiness in advance!
Regards, Tamás :)
